What happens if I am late on my payment?

If we do not receive your minimum monthly payment by your monthly due date, we will contact you to provide a reminder. In accordance with your promissory note you have a 10 day grace period before any fees are assessed. If any monthly payment is made outside of the grace period, you may be charged a late fee of Greater of $15 or 5% of past due amount.

Please keep in mind that Fidelity Bank reports the status of your account every due date. Upon an Event of Default, we may exercise all the remedies available to us under applicable law or the Promissory note.

Am I eligible to move my due date? 

In order to be eligible to move your due date, you must meet the following requirements:

-Your loan must be current;

-Have made at least one payment;

-Are making the change to move your due date at least 2 business days before the current due date;

-Have more than 2 payment periods remaining;

-Have a 3 or 5 year loan;

-Have not already made a payment for the current period OR have a payment scheduled in the next 3 business days;

-Loan is not in active forbearance, settlement, repossession, or in a reduced payment period for a reduction/term extension modification.
